Bethany brings 19 years of industry experience and a deep, practical understanding of client service and risk management. Since joining Upside in January 2023, she has become a key part of delivering thoughtful, responsive support to clients.
Her expertise is especially strong in the construction space, where she understands the unique challenges and exposures businesses face. This focus led her to become actively involved in NAWIC, where she now serves as Secretary for the 2025–2026 Board of Directors.
Bethany is known for her attention to detail, steady communication, and genuine care for the people she serves. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active, spending time with family (including her two dogs), and exploring the local craft beer scene.
