Kyndle Cottrell grew up in the insurance business, giving her a unique perspective on how it works—and more importantly, where it falls short. As a fourth-generation Phoenician, she brings a deep connection to the community and a long-term view of what it means to build something that lasts.
Today, she serves as Chief of Optimization at Upside Insurance Services, focusing on building systems and processes that help the team move faster, communicate better, and ultimately serve clients at a higher level.
Kyndle is driven by one core idea: when operations run well, clients win. She is constantly refining how the business functions behind the scenes so that clients experience smoother service, quicker response times, and more clarity in every interaction.
She’s wired to question inefficiencies, simplify what’s overcomplicated, and create structure that allows both the team and their clients to grow without friction.
