Hayden has been in the insurance industry for eight years, building his experience around connecting with clients, understanding their needs, and finding the right solutions. Now focused on Commercial Lines, he takes a thoughtful and diligent approach, asking the right questions to identify potential risks before they become problems. He enjoys getting to know the businesses we work with—what they do, how they operate, and where they want to go in the future.
A lifelong Phoenix native, Hayden spends his time outside of Upside working in his woodshop and collaborating on art projects with his wife, Kristina. He enjoys working with his hands and has a knack for solving problems and helping others. Whether he’s replacing a broken ceiling fan or making sure a client has the right coverage to protect their business, Hayden finds satisfaction in figuring out what needs to be done and making the problem go away.
